Review: Ninja Scroll

Story:
Some demon like evil ninja's are running a large operation that
might give them control of Japan. Kagero, a female ninja who's
entire body is poisoness, meets up with one of the demon ninjas
in the begining. The demon quickly dispatches her whole clan, and
attempts to rape her, Jubei
(the main character), a wandering swordsman, shows up and saves
her. Together, aided by a immoral old man they battle the demon
ninjas in hope to thwart their plans and stop the mastermind,
Jubei's arch-nemesis who was supposed to be dead! Throw in a
little hentai and disasterous love and you have Ninja Scroll.
IMHO: This movie is almost a cult classic among anime viewers, only a few avid watchers have never seen this own, and most love it. I on the other hand thought it was 'o.k.', what appealed to me the most the first time I saw it was the pure shock value of Kagero's rapes, and the gallons of blood. The animation did not appeal to me, the male faces were two long and weird looking (overdid the chins).
Rating: To sum in all up most viewers will probably like this one., get subtitled version, the voice dubbing is horrible at best.
